SURVEY RESULTS: Most Prefer to Reach Out to Co-Workers via Email or In Person

When given the choice between convenience or personal interaction AMN Readers were nearly divided when voting on their favorite way to communicate during the workday. When asked to choose between email, in-person, phone or instant message, nearly 45 percent said they preferred email as their top choice, yet nearly 40 percent said they prefer to communicate with co-workers and colleagues in person. The least popular method was instant messaging.
