CHICAGO – Dave Butts has been promoted to vice president of information technology for Recaptured Energy Technologies. In this position, Butts will be responsible for the vehicle systems development and technology solutions functions of the company.

Butts has 28 years of experience in computer systems development and business technology integration. Prior to joining Recaptured Energy, Butts helped to develop, build and expand decision support and business process integration hardware, software and network platforms for Fortune 500 companies.
