Bosch has sold its Blaupunkt brand, which makes portable navigation devices, to German holding company Aurelius. Aurelius specializes in acquiring companies in restructuring mode.
According to media reports, the company will remain in Germany, as an independent company doing business under the Blaupunkt name. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
