Bridgestone Consolidating Japanese Market

Bridgestone Corp. plans to reduce the number of sales territories it has in Japan, in reaction to a sharp decline in homeland vehicle sales.

As of the first of the new year, Bridgestone will reduce its Japan territories from 25 to 19.
