CLEVELAND -- Eaton Corp. has acquired Integ Holdings Limited, parent company of Integrated Hydraulics Ltd., a U.K. manufacturer of screw-in cartridge valves, custom-engineered hydraulic valves and manifold systems. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. T
he acquisition will expand the geographic presence and enhance the current product portfolio of Eaton’s hydraulics business, according to William VanArsdale, president – Eaton’s Hydraulics Business. The company employs approximately 290 people.
