Ken-Tool Names New Controller

AKRON, OH -- After nearly 39 years of service John Passalinqua is retiring from his position as controller of Akron, Ohio-based specialty tool company Ken-Tool. His retirement is effective April 30.

Replacing Passalinqua is Doug Romstadt who joined Ken-Tool in March. Romstadt has substantial experience working in finance and accounting assignments in manufacturing companies. He most recently held the position of controller for Amweld Building Products, and has also worked as quality manager and plant manager for a manufacturing company in western Ohio.
