DEARBORN, MI -
The board of directors of Visteon Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of 6 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on September 1, to shareholders of record as of July 30.
Visteon has paid a dividend each quarter since it became an independent, publicly traded company in June 2000.
