Kumho Tire USA announced that it will increase tire prices effective October 1. Kumho’s passenger, light truck and commercial truck tire prices will increase between three and five percent, depending on the tire model, the company said.
David Hudrlik, vice president and director of sales for Kumho, cited continuing price increases for raw materials and rising shipping costs as the reasons for the increase. Kumho last raised prices in May.
