NORTHVILLE, MI --
Key Plastics L.L.C. has completion its acquisition of Kendrion's RSL and Systems group of companies. The deal closed on September 9.
With more than $250 million in sales, the Kendrion businesses are leading Europe-based suppliers of engineered and value-added automotive plastics parts and assemblies. RSL and Systems groups' products are used in interior, exterior and under-the-hood applications.
The operations of Kendrion's groups will be integrated with the existing European operations of Key Plastics and will be lead by the current president of Key Plastics-Europe, Rui Filinto.
