Donald Cooper, international business coach and speaker, will discuss marketing, service and business excellence at the 10th annual Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS), scheduled to take place May 11-12 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Chicago.
Founder of two successful businesses, Cooper has devoted his time since 1991 to helping companies all over the world to redefine and reinvent themselves to create, deliver and communicate compelling value. Under the trademarked banner of Human Marketing, he delivers presentations offering unique insights and clear processes for businesses.
Cooper's presentation will be one of the highlights of the 10th annual GAAS program, "Lessons from the Past, Perspectives on the Future." The agenda also includes a keynote presentation on global economics by Lester Thurow, MIT economist; a motivational address by Joe Gibbs, coach of the Washington Redskins and team owner of Joe Gibbs Racing; and a look at the "Past, Present and Future" by Dr. David Fry of Northwood University.
