MEMPHIS, TN -- Idaho-based KAPS Warehouse, Inc. has joined Parts Plus. KAPS' move makes it the first new member of Automotive Distribution Network (ADN), the new programmed distribution group formed by Parts Plus and Independent Auto Parts of America (IAPA).

Commenting on the announcement, Mike Lambert, co-president of ADN, said, “With support from the entire Network, KAPS will now be able to offer its independent auto-store and service-dealer customers from East to West Idaho the absolute best marketing programs in the industry.”

With two 20,000-square-foot warehouses-one in Blackfoot, Idaho, and the other in Boise-KAPS Warehouse plans to form an area network of its own consisting of Parts Plus autostores and Car Care Centers, according to Bill Sponenburgh, the WD’s president and CEO.

“Along with our 15 company-owned stores, we plan to eventually have 10 Parts Plus-identified auto-store customers and 30 Car Care Centers join our program,” Sponenburgh said. “We’ve been aggressively stepping up our marketing efforts the last few years and joining the Network through Parts Plus was the next logical step for us.”
