2005 Supplier Symposium Addresses How to Achieve and Exceed Customer Expectations

DEARBORN, MI -- The first-ever North American Automotive Supplier Symposium will take place on Thursday, April 21, at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn in Dearborn, Mich. The 2005 Supplier Symposium will help North American automotive suppliers diversify and expand business with Japanese vehicle manufacturers and better understand specific and detailed requirements of these companies in quality, cost, development and delivery (QCDD). The symposium focuses on case histories from North American suppliers successful in achieving and exceeding customer expectations.

Honda, Nissan and Toyota executives will present, “The Japanese OEM Perspective on Quality, Cost, Design and Delivery,” and participate in a panel discussion with executives from Autoliv ASP Inc., Dana Corp. and Schefenacker Vision Systems USA Inc.
