DALLAS, TX -- Dallas, TX-based Bayco Products Inc. has signed an exclusive multi-year agreement with NASCAR to join the racing association's automotive aftermarket marketing program. The agreement allows for Bayco work light and cord reel products to be "Officially Licensed" and carry the NASCAR brand.

For more than 21 years, Bayco has been providing products for the automotive, industrial and retail markets while maintaining a full-line approach to category management for resellers.

"This is a proud moment for Bayco," said founder and CEO Bijan Bayat. "Bayco lights and reels are well established as the professional's choice and our new relationship with NASCAR is a testament to this fact. Bayco has been the choice of many racing teams over the years and we are delighted to team with NASCAR."

Developed in 1996, the NASCAR Automotive Aftermarket program creates marketing alliances with leading automotive manufacturers under the NASCAR Performance and NASCAR Officially Licensed brand names.

"Bayco will serve as a great addition to the NASCAR automotive aftermarket program," said Odis Lloyd, NASCAR managing director, automotive aftermarket. "Bayco is as serious as we are when it comes to connecting with auto technicians, consumers that rely on technicians as well as those consumers that are do-it-yourselfers."

Bayco and NASCAR Automotive marketing team members will begin developing strategic marketing platforms to promote their products and accelerate this partnership immediately.

"We are excited that NASCAR has recognized Bayco as the exclusive supplier for task lights and reels," said Emmet Roche, EVP of Sales and Marketing at Bayco. "The opportunity to enhance our marketing efforts through the NASCAR experience in both our professional and retail programs gives a distinct advantage to our distributors and deepens our alliance with our end users. NASCAR has a tremendously loyal and knowledgeable fan base - they want to work with tools that deliver the performance advantage they see on the track."
