TOLEDO, OH --
James Laisure, head of Dana Corp.'s automotive group, resigned last week, according to a report from Market Watch. Michael Burns, chairman and CEO of Dana, will fill the position on an interim basis.
Details about Laisure's resignation were not provided. According to the Market Watch report, a spokesman for Dana declined to elaborate other than to say Laisure "is retiring to pursue other opportunities."
The Automotive division accounted for nearly 75 percent of Dana Corp's sales in 2004.
