OSHKOSH, WI -- Oshkosh Truck Corp. has named Robert Cornog to the company's board of directors. Cornog is the retired chairman, president and CEO of Snap-On Inc.

Cornog held the position of chairman, president and CEO at Snap-On from 1991 to 2001, before becoming chairman from 2001 to 2002. He joined Snap-On in 1991 after serving in a variety of executive positions with MacWhyte Co. beginning in 1969.

Cornog serves as a member of the boards of directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. and Wisconsin Energy Corp./ Wisconsin Electric Power Co.
