DELRAY BEACH, FL --
Office Depot, which signed on as a NASCAR sponsor in January, must be seeing a return on its investment.
The office supply retail chain has announced it will expand its sponsorship commitment with NASCAR to include eight more races. This brings the company's total sponsorship participation to 17 races during the 2005 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup series.
The company said it wants to utilize the NASCAR partnership to better tap into its core demographic of customers -- small, local business owners.
