ROME, GA--
Pirelli SpA has entered into a joint venture agreement with Road One Tyre Co. in China, with plans to produce steel-belted radial truck tires at a Road One plant in Shandong Province.
This is Pirelli’s second attempt at a joint venture in China. Previously, Pirelli was looking to partner with Aeolus, but a deal was never ironed out.
