PARIS -- Peugeot SA said it has signed a partnership with Siemens AG's VDO Automotive unit for the joint development of a wide range of motor, electronics and driver comfort technologies.
The alliance aims to create new products while keeping research and development costs low, and should give both groups "an essential competitive advantage in the definition of the car of tomorrow," Peugeot said.
Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
