STEUBENVILLE, OH -- JBS Technologies, vehicle security systems manufacturer, announced that Brett Barta, a seasoned electronics industry executive, has been promoted to vice president of sales administration. In his new role, Brett will be responsible for all sales administrative functions, technical support, product development, web-based initiatives, graphics and packaging.

Brett has more than 25 years of sales experience in the 12-volt electronics industry, 22 years as owner and operator of his own chain of 12-volt electronics installation stores and the last three years leading the Technical Support and Product Development function for JBS.

“Brett has been a valuable member of the JBS Team and this promotion is a well deserved acknowledgement of his initiatives and accomplishments at JBS,” said Jeffrey Stark, president & CEO of JBS Technologies. “His dedication and initiative have added to the success at JBS and we look forward to him bringing his skills to lead these new functional areas.”
