STOCKTON, CA -- Lyle Burgess, president and founder of Rare Parts, Inc., has taken the position of “Chairman of the Board.” Burgess' new position will lesson his activities in the daily operation of the company. Burgess will use his 48 years of experience to develop short and long-range strategies, as well as making visitations with customers and suppliers.

Danny Burgess, Vice President of Rare Parts, Inc., will take the reins as president of the company for which he has played a key roll in parts design and manufacturing for the company.

Another key manager, Marshall Giorgi, has been promoted to vice president. Giorgi is the contact for national accounts, and has headed up the marketing department as well as the e-cataloging department. He will work in conjunction with Danny Burgess.
