Bosch Appoints Oleg Riabtsev as General Manager for its Middle East Operations

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES -- Bosch Automotive Aftermarket (Bosch AA) has announced the appointment of Oleg Riabstev as general manager for its Middle East operations.

In his new role, Riabstev will head the sales team for spare parts, test equipment and Bosch car service. He will also be responsible for the implementation of Bosch AA sales strategy in the Middle East, in addition to overseeing marketing, after-sales service, budgeting, business planning, marketing planning and administration processes at the company.

Commenting on his appointment, Riabstev said, "Working in the Middle East market will be a rewarding experience, especially considering the huge potential in the region. The automobile industry in the Middle East is growing at a rapid pace, with a huge demand for both used and new cars. My previous experience in the industry will be extremely valuable in addressing the unique market requirements of the Middle East region. I look forward to strengthening Bosch's market presence in the region with our continued focus on after- sales services and high quality products.'

Prior to this, Riabstev was the sales director of the automotive aftermarket division at Robert Bosch in Kiev, Ukraine, and led the sales team for spare parts, test equipment and Bosch car service. He was also in charge of formulating marketing and sales strategy for creating a Bosch Car Service network in Ukraine and Moldova.

Riabstev has a master's degree in business administration from the National University for Economics, Kiev, Ukraine and is also a graduate from the Institute of Foreign Languages, Moscow, Russia.
