Reducing Hazards Seminar Featured at BIG R Show
August 24, 2005

CHANTILLY, VA -- Instructors from the National Center for Remanufacturing and Resource Recovery at the Rochester Institute of Technology will present a seminar on Reducing Hazards and Costs at the upcoming International BIG R Show on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005 in Las Vegas.

“Ergonomics is a topic often overlooked by remanufacturers,” stated APRA President Bill Gager. “All it really means is eliminating hazards in your plant that can reduce costs and put more dollars on your bottom line.”

This seminar will explore how the proximity of work cells, non-standardized methods and facility layout can impact ergonomics and cost through excessive handling. Attendees will be able to go back home and audit their own facilities and immediately begin to improve their bottom line.

For details on registering for this seminar along with the International BIG R Show visit BIGRSHOW.com or call (703) 968-2772 ext 105.
