“There is a vast knowledge and breadth of experience here at Nu-Way, and we are equally impressed with Pricedex’s robust technology, and their extensive knowledge and understanding of the aftermarket,” said Phil Bishop, president of Nu-Way. “Since our management team’s repurchase of our parent division, Trade Service Corporation, from i2 Technologies, Inc., Nu-Way has been seeking a technology partner that can help us provide a more comprehensive set of product offerings to all facets of the aftermarket. We believe Pricedex’s industry-leading PIM technology will allow us to do just that. We can all see synergy in this arrangement.”

This alliance with Nu-Way confirms and shows tangible evidence of our strong commitment to the independent automotive aftermarket. We’re here for the long run and we intend to be creative, and to bring competency and technology leadership to this sector.”
While officials for both companies declined to offer particulars pertaining to the alliance, both said further joint announcements would likely be forthcoming.
