LAS VEGAS --
Bill Glasgow Sr., president of W.T. Glasgow Inc. in Orland Park, IL, received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Overseas Automotive Council (OAC) yesterday during AAPEX.
“Under Bill’s management, the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) has grown to be one of the most important trade shows of the global automotive aftermarket,” said Anthony Cardez, OAC director of business development. “He and his employees have been tireless in their efforts to promote the aftermarket and make this one of the most successful shows of its kind.”
For the past 20 years, Glasgow has directed his family-owned and operated trade show management firm, W. T. Glasgow, Inc. The scope of services offered by Glasgow includes: sales, operations, marketing, meeting and special event planning for domestic and international trade shows. In addition to AAPEX, Glasgow currently manages PAACE Automechanika Mexico and Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) which makes its debut in January 2006.
