TORRANCE, CA -- Goodridge USA, a supplier of hose and fittings to the racing and performance industry, has recently named Gary Plover to head up its aftermarket sales. Plover has more than 15 years of experience in braking technology, first in charge of North American Sales with Nichirin and then with Aisin. In between these two roles, he worked as the aftermarket manager for Powertrax, a PWA and SEMA member, where he developed his knowledge of the performance aftermarket.

Goodridge specializes in performance hose and fittings and supplies worldwide to Formula 1, NASCAR, IRL, Champ Car, World Rally Car and World Super Bike. The company supplies fluid transfer systems – brake lines, clutch lines, oil lines, fuel hoses or water lines – to the automotive, motorcycle, ATV, off-road, mountain bike, marine, military, industrial and commercial hydraulic industries.

“Goodridge has a full-range of aftermarket programs, high quality products, a fantastic brand and a high caliber racing history. I am excited about the prospect of bringing quality racing products into the aftermarket where their performance and cosmetic benefits can be seen,” said Plover.

Goodridge brakelines are street legal wherever it is required, are certified to the highest standards worldwide and are backed by the Goodridge Forever Guarantee. The company’s new 811 series of reusable hose and fittings brings track side technology, already used by top teams in NASCAR, to the mass market. Goodridge is also ISO certified around the globe and recently opened a new manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico dedicated to the original equipment market.
