SMYRNA, TN --
Gail Holt has been promoted to vice president of administration for Beck/Arnley, according to Max Dull, president and CEO. In her new position, Holt is responsible for customer service, product assurance, credit services and human resources for the company.
“We would all like to congratulate Gail on her promotion to vice president of administration,” said Dull. “Through every step in her career, Gail has always demonstrated that she has the knowledge, skills and professionalism needed to excel in each position. She will serve as vice president of administration with the same level of service and excellence for which she has always been known.”
Holt joined Pacer Industries in Missouri in 1981 as a customer service representative. She relocated with the company to Pensacola, FL, in 1986 and was promoted to supervisor of customer service. Holt was named manager of customer service in 1992, and applications support specialist in 1999. In 2002, she became the customer service/Lawson training manager. She relocated to Nashville, TN, when she was promoted to customer service manager for Beck/Arnley.
In January 2005, Holt was named manager of customer services, responsible for all customer service, product assurance and credit services, and served in that capacity until her recent promotion to vice president of administration.
Holt received a bachelor of arts in management and human relations from Trevecca University. She has received professional recognition from the International Customer Service Association, as well as executive recognition from the International Customer Service Association.
