FORT WORTH, TX -- National Pronto Association announced this week that two new shareholders – Nevada Brake and Slack Auto Parts -- have joined the programmed distribution group, effective Jan. 1.

Nevada Brake, based in Las Vegas, NV, was founded in 1976. The distributor services professional service centers through three warehouse locations, two in Las Vegas and one in Henderson, NV. The general manager of Nevada Brake is Martin Lebo.

Gainesville, GA-based Slack Auto Parts was founded in 1928. Slack has nine locations serving the professional and retail trade, and also offers heavy-duty vehicle parts. Henry Slack is the company’s president.

A shareholder-owned organization, National Pronto Association includes 78 shareholders with 125 DCs and more than $1 billion in sales.
