FORT WORTH, TX -- National Pronto Association has announced the addition of a new shareholder to the programmed distribution group.

Balas Distributing, a premier distributor servicing the Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Maryland markets, is the newest shareholder to join the growing ranks at Pronto. The distributor is based out of Freeland, PA. The company’s president is Jerome Balas.

To date, Pronto has 78 shareholders with 126 distribution center locations.
