Beck/Arnley Now Offers Online Ordering for Canadian Customers

SMYRNA, TN -- Beck/Arnley has enhanced its ordering Web site, www.beckorder.com, to provide online ordering capabilities for Canadian customers.

With a valid identification name and password, users can easily sign in and place orders in Canadian dollars, which are then shipped from Beck/Arnley’s Canadian warehouse. Canadian customers can also place orders after hours, just as their U.S. counterparts do. No further effort is required by the user; the new system will determine whether the customer is placing a Canadian or U.S. order based on the user identification.

“This enhancement is part of an ongoing list of changes we have in store for the Beck/Arnley ordering Web site,” said Anne Coffin, Beck/Arnley’s vice president/chief information officer (CIO). “Our intent is to make the ordering process as easy as possible for all of our customers. With that in mind, look for French and Spanish language versions in the near future.”
