SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA -- Egge Machine Co. and L&B Industries announced the relocation of the L&B oil pump remanufacturing operations to Egge’s Santa Fe Springs, CA, facility. Established in 1974, L&B Industries has long been the leading re-manufacturer of engine oil pumps serving the United States, Canada and Mexico.

“Incorporating L&B’s operations into our business richly enhances our ability to provide quality products and services for our customers,” said Egge’s president, Robert Egge.

The re-location of L&B’s operations to Egge Machine Co. furthers the company’s goal becoming a “one-stop shop” for internal engine components and rebuild services. Egge has established itself as the industry leader for pre-1980s internal engine components, engine rebuild kits, and rotating assembly kits. Egge also offers complete pump rebuilding services, as well as, in-house babbitt bearing service. The company recently added nostalgic performance and speed equipment to its product offerings.

Egge’s CEO, Ernie Silvers, remarked, “L&B and Egge Machine – what a nostalgic combination! We are extremely pleased to have the opportunity to continue the tradition of quality pump rebuilding that L&B started more than 30 years ago. And, just as Egge has relied on L&B Industries to rebuild oil pumps since the mid-70s, L&B customers can continue to rely on Egge for the same quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.”
