EVANSVILLE, IN -- Accuride Corp. has appointed Leigh Wright to vice president/general manager of Accuride Steel Wheels.

Accuride has steel wheel manufacturing facilities located in Henderson, KY; London, Ontario, Canada; and Monterrey, Mexico. Since early 2004, Wright has served as Accuride's director of operations for the company’s London plant.

Wright has more than 20 years of progressive management experience, most of which has been in the heavy truck industry. Wright has a MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, a CIM from McMaster University, and a Manufacturing Engineering Technologist diploma from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
