DEARBORN, MI --
Register now for the University of the Aftermarket's Pre-Global Symposium seminar. The three-and-a-half-hour seminar takes place on May 16 at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn, just prior to the kickoff of the 2006 Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium.
This seminar will help attendees manage through change and get unstuck from the old ways of thinking. Attendees will participate in activities that will build upon analytical and creative skills.
This seminar should be attended by those individuals who are:
Responsible for leading a change initiative(s);
Facing large scale changes in their business;
Building a new “tool box” to jumpstart successful change initiatives.
Seminar leader Kathleen Kraft has more than 20 years of experience as a training and education consultant. She specializes in leadership, organizational development, customer service and innovation training programs. Her clientele has included The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., Ford Motor Co. and Cleveland Clinic Health Systems, as well as, having worked as an internal training manager for The Timken Co. and Ernst and Young LLP.
