DES PLAINES, IL -- Littelfuse has completed its acquisition of Catalina Performance Accessories. Littelfuse purchased the Mountainburg, AR, business for $4.5 million in cash. The acquisition is expected to be neutral to Littelfuse earnings in 2006.

Catalina Performance Accessories markets and distributes the Smart Glow automotive blade fuse product line. The company has annual sales of approximately $2 million. The Smart Glow products will be integrated into Littelfuse's portfolio of aftermarket products.
