MEMPHIS, TN -- Parts Distributors, LLC, a member of the Automotive Distribution Network, has moved its former three-facility operation in Pennsauken, NJ, into a single 125,000-square-foot facility in nearby Moorestown, NJ, according to Rick Levy, owner and CEO.

“Along with greater customer service and improved efficiency, the Moorestown facility gives us the confidence to grow our business without sacrificing the standards that Parts Distributors has set for customer service,” Levy said.

The Moorestown location is only three miles from the previous operation, resulting in no employee turnover. The layout of Parts Distributors’ new building enables employees to more effectively pull, scan and ship parts, as well as better manage inventory, according to the company. Also, the greater number of bays -- 19 compared to 10 at the old Pennsauken locations -- improves the company’s efforts to receive and unload product.

With its larger, state-of-the-art facility, Parts Distributors, LLC is prepared to aggressively pursue new business, Levy said.

“It was important to invest in the company to maintain our competitive edge. It would have been difficult to accomplish that objective -- while at the same time growing our customer base -- without this upgrade.”
