RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC – Nearly 200 attendees enjoyed global networking opportunities during the U.S. Manufacturers & Exhibitors Reception held Sept. 13 at Automechanika in Germany. Automechanika began Sept. 12 and continues through Sunday, Sept. 17, at the Messe Frankfurt GmbH.

The Overseas Automotive Council (OAC) sponsored the reception with the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA), the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA) and the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA).

“Our reception offered attendees a prime venue for participants to make new contacts in the global automotive aftermarket, and entertain current customers,” said Anthony Cardez, director of business development for the OAC. “It also was an excellent opportunity to showcase the contributions that North American manufacturers make to the global aftermarket.”
