RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC – Bob McKenna, president and CEO of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association, announced today that Neal Zipser, vice president of marketing and communications, has left the association to pursue other opportunities, effective Sept. 21.

“In the nearly six years that Neal has been with MEMA, he has raised the level of our association’s communications and promoted the association as the voice of the automotive and heavy duty supplier industry,” said McKenna. “We wish him the best in his future endeavors.”

Zipser joined MEMA in April 2001 as its director of communications. He was promoted to vice president in 2003.

Margaret Beck, MEMA director of communications, will serve as the interim contact for the association’s marketing and communications program.
