VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, MI -- Visteon confirmed today that discussions regarding the possible sale of certain Visteon driveline assets in Europe and South America to GKN plc have ended.
Visteon said it will continue to explore other alternatives for these assets as it restructures its businesses as part of the company's three-year improvement plan.
