ADDISON, IL -- KYB America LLC named Gail McHugh as the director of operations. The appointment was announced by KYB Senior Vice President Mike Howarth.

“As we continue to expand our North American Aftermarket business it is critical to have someone with Gail’s capabilities and leadership skills in this role. As Operations Manager, Gail implemented many efficiencies to better serve our distribution partners,” said Howarth.

As Director of Operations, McHugh is now responsible for KYB’s Chicago and Los Angeles distribution facilities as well as KYB’s customer service department.

McHugh graduated from Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds a master’s in business administration from DePaul University.
