DETROIT and LONDON -- Randy Miller has been appointed global markets leader of the Ernst & Young Global Automotive Center in Detroit, MI. Miller has more than 20 years of experience in serving automotive and manufacturing companies with risk management oriented services, including a broad range of projects concerning risk management, process improvement, cost reduction and technology projects.
As markets leader for the Global Automotive Center, Miller's responsibilities include global sector strategy development, thought leadership and automotive solution tailoring and development to help grow Ernst & Young's presence and revenue in the automotive sector.
"Randy brings a great blend of automotive industry competency and hands-on experience to this important role," said Mike Hanley, global automotive sector leader, Ernst & Young.
Miller has been with Ernst & Young since 2002. He has had global client service responsibilities and project experiences at global vehicle manufacturers and suppliers. He previously served as the leader of Ernst & Young's North Center Area Business Risk Services practice in the United States.
