BETHESDA, MD – Car Care Council Women’s Board will attend the upcoming American School Counselor Association Conference (ASCA) to further expand its mission of encouraging young women and men to consider the automotive industry as a career choice.

The ASCA Conference, “Reaching New Heights,” will be held June 23-26 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. Approximately 1,800 school counselors, counselor educators, supervisors and graduate students will attend.

“Attending this convention provides the Women’s Board with a unique opportunity to educate school counselors about the automotive aftermarket and specifically, careers for young women,” said Katie Noga, president of the Car Care Council Women’s Board. ”We always welcome the opportunity to invite more women into our industry and to become active in the aftermarket by joining the Women’s Board.”
