DALLAS, TX -- I-CAR will again for the second year develop, plan and implement clinics to be offered on the International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE) show floor in the I-CAR Technology Showcase. This year there will be eight clinics offered over the three-day exposition.
“We’re extremely pleased to continue our partnership with I-CAR, enabling us to add to our attendees’ overall Expo experience,” said Lindsay Roberts, NACE associate director. “Having the I-CAR name associated with on-floor education lends tremendous credibility to these clinics.”
I-CAR is an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to training the collision industry. The I-CAR Vision is that every person in the collision industry has the necessary technical knowledge and skills relevant to their position to achieve a complete and safe repair.
“I-CAR is proud to continue to provide NACE attendees with a variety of opportunities to obtain training on many different topics that are affecting the collision industry. Within the I-CAR Technology Showcase, attendees will be able to attend any or all of the eight on-floor technical clinics, focusing on today’s newest technology and repair methods,” said I®€‘CAR President and CEO Tom McGee. “In addition to the on-floor clinics, I-CAR will again offer technical training on both Wednesday and Saturday as part of the NACE Conference Program.”
NACE 2007 will be held Oct. 31-Nov. 3, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The educational Conference will run from Oct. 31-Nov. 3 (Wednesday-Saturday), and the Exposition will take place Nov. 1-3 (Thursday-Saturday). The event will again be held during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW), taking place that same week in Las Vegas.
