BETHESDA , MD For the first time ever, the 2007/2008 edition of the Aftermarket eFactbook now features an interactive PowerPoint presentation of the printed Aftermarket Factbook, according to the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA).
The interactive presentation is powered by the technology of InterSlice Studios and gives the option to use the material "as is" or to create customized presentations with charts and graphs, according to individual preferences.
"Providing electronic access to AAIA's market research via the eFactbook CD has gained wide acceptance among our users," said Ron Rossi, director, market research, AAIA. "Facilitating the electronic transfer of data through the ‘cut and paste’ function has significantly improved one's ability to prepare customized presentations for internal use. Taking this a step further, this year's eFactbook includes an interactive Power Point presentation thus making it even easier to present the contents of the 2007/2008 Aftermarket Factbook more efficiently than ever before."
The eFactbook is a CD-ROM of the traditional Aftermarket Factbook, which provides a comprehensive overview of the entire aftermarket industry and is filled with tables, charts and explanatory text. The enhanced eFactbook also includes a printable PDF of the entire Factbook.
The 2007/2008 Aftermarket eFactbook is available to members for $200 and $450 to non-members. The traditional 2007/2008 Aftermarket Factbook is available for $150 for AAIA members and $450 for non-members. The Aftermarket Factbook Expanded Version is available for $725 for members and $1,450 for non-members.
