YORK , PA – RTI Technologies has announced the appointment of Kelvin Butz, P.E. as its vice president of marketing. Butz brings a wealth of experience to RTI, with more than 25 years in the commercial transportation industry.

Prior to joining RTI, he was the director of marketing and technical sales for Morgan Corp., the largest manufacturer of truck van bodies in North America and prior to that, served as marketing vice president for Jerr-Dan Corp., the world’s largest single nameplate manufacturer of towing and recovery equipment. Butz’s career also spanned more than 20 years with Freightliner Corp., holding positions in engineering, p rod uct management and marketing, where he ultimately became director of sales and marketing for Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp.
