TROY, MI -- Delphi Corp. told Wisconsin officials this week that it will close its powertrain-systems plant in Oak Creek, WI, around the end of the year. The closing will result in the layoff about 200 employees.
The layoffs, which include mostly manufacturing positions, are expected to be permanent.
