TROY, MI -- Delphi has retained W.Y. Campbell & Company to explore sale opportunities for the majority of its global suspension business, company officials announced this week.

Delphi's Global Suspension business is a significant producer of shock absorbers, struts, damper modules and electronically controlled suspension products, including the award-winning "MagneRide" system. The business has anticipated 2007 revenue of $480 million and supplies a wide array of OEM customers globally.

Delphi's Global Suspension business has more than 2,500 employees with primary manufacturing locations in Poland, Mexico and the United Kingdom.
