Bosch Acquires Health Hero Network

FRANKFURT -- Bosch, the German automotive parts supplier, agreed to acquire the US-based Health Hero Network.

Health Hero Network, which has 44 employees, supplies tele-medicine solutions. No financial details were disclosed.
