FORT WORTH, TX -- National Pronto Association has announced the addition of its first international shareholder -- AOCSA SA DE CV, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The company joined the Pronto group on Jan. 1.
Owned by Juan Jose Montano Morata, AOCSA services more than 1,000 jobbers in Mexico.
With the addition of AOCSA SA DE CV, Pronto now has 75 shareholders with 124 distribution center locations.
