CLEVELAND, OH — Mentor, OH-based DCR Systems has announced the recent addition of Geoff Thomas as director of Network Development.

In this role, Thomas will oversee all aspects of DCR’s physical locations nationwide, including facility construction, building content, equipment and facility maintenance, along with safety and compliance of new and existing locations.

He joins DCR Systems from Sterling Collision Centers, where he served two years as integration coordinator and the past three years as construction project manager. In those roles, Thomas was instrumental in the opening of 22 new facilities, constructing seven shops and performing 19 facility renovations.

Thomas also held positions as director of Retail Operations for DirectConnect Wireless, a chain of 12 cell phone stores in Massachusetts, and as offensive line coach and strength and conditioning coach for the Western New England college football program.

“We are fortunate to find Geoff at a point in his career that makes it possible to add him to our leadership team,” said DCR Systems President and CEO Michael Giarrizzo Jr. “In this role, Geoff will ensure that our world-class work environment not only is maintained, but continues to consistently improve across the network.”
