DAYTON, NJ -- Automotive product manufacturer GMB has announced the retirement of its CEO, Karl Yazaki.

Yazaki retired at the end of 2007, after more than 30 years with the company. He began as an independent sales rep for GMB, and in 1976 was hired as a staff member to open the company’s first satellite office.

GMB has been a global supplier of water pumps and u-joints for heavy duty, OE replacement and performance markets for more than 60 years, and has established plants in Japan, Korea, China and Thailand. All GMB facilities are TS16949 certified.
