JINZHOU, Liaoning, China -- A subsidiary of Wonder Auto Technology, a manufacturer of automotive electrical and suspension parts in China, has entered into a four-year supply agreement with a major North American OEM automotive manufacturer.

Shipments from these orders are expected to begin in June 2009 with an even number of units shipped each year through June 2013. Units will be delivered to the customer's facility in North America. The total value of the contracts is in excess of $13.5 million.
